Beware: Social commentary, lots of meat, fat, sugar, alcohol and generally full of unhealthy and life-shortening (albeit -brightening) stuff!
Orange Sauce
400g marmelade (coarse cut), 3 tblsp dry claret, 2 tbsp hot mustard, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Goes specifically well with chicken or game and generally where Cumberland sauce would go as well.
